located in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Most of the residents
of Scotty Hollow, long-term and more recent owners alike, feel good

people, retirees, and young families too. There are residents from
different parts of the world, different parts of the country, and
from other areas of Massachusetts. The complex is laid out in neighborhood-like
circles and a friendly "hello" is the norm when residents
meet outdoors in Scotty Hollow. We have a swimming pool, tennis
courts, and a clubhouse which is available for residents to rent
for special events. The location of the complex is convenient to
major shopping areas as well as playgrounds, schools, and medical
facilities. Scotty Hollow is also located on a major commuter route
to Boston and to the 128 and 495 belts.
The
Scotty Hollow Board of Trustees meets with the property manager
once a month to plan needed maintenance and repairs around the complex,
to manage the financial matters of the trust, and to assure that
requirements are being met which assure continued good quality of
life for all the residents of Scotty Hollow. Meetings of the Board
of Trustees include a portion for unit owners in which all unit
owners are invited in to discuss their questions and concerns with
the Board and with the property manager. Board members, all of whom
are also residents, keep a constant eye and ear out for beneficial
ways to further enhance life at Scotty Hollow.
