Scotty Hollow is a complex of 200 townhouses and 2 garden style units
located in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
Residents of Scotty Hollow, long-term and more recent owners alike, feel good about where they live. There are residents coming from different parts of the world, different parts of the country, and from other areas of Massachusetts.
The complex is laid out in neighborhood-like circles and a friendly 'hello' is the norm when residents meet outdoors in Scotty Hollow. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball net, nature trails and a clubhouse that is available for residents to rent.

Scotty Hollow is located on a major commuter route to Boston and to the 128 and 495 belts. You will find it convenient to major shopping areas, playgrounds, schools and medical facilities. The Scotty Hollow Board of Trustees meets ten times per year to plan needed maintenance and repairs around the complex, to manage the financial matters of the trust, and to assure that requirements are being met which assure continued good quality of life for all the residents of Scotty Hollow.

The complex is located next to 68 acres of conservation land and walking trails and add to its own wooded walking trails. Varied wildlife can be spotted on property and in the nearby woods such as: Ducks, Herons, Hawks, hummingbirds and many varieties of birds, plus turtles, rabbits, deer, bear and fox.
Meetings of the Board of Trustees include time for unit owners in which they are invited to discuss their questions and concerns with the Board and with the property manager. Board members, all of whom are also residents, keep a constant eye and ear out for beneficial ways to further enhance life at Scotty Hollow.
